I watched #'10 to Yuma, this western was an exact match to the myth of Western Culture in the eyes of Americans. The climax of the movie plays with the idea of the myth and showcaes the exact importance of the characters involved. From their wide brimmed leather hats, to their black leather chaps and matching mustangs, to their lightening fast reflexes often involving a pile of slain indians or evil cowboys, 3:10 To Yuma was no disappointment. However, as great a movie it was, and as idealy as it portrayed the myth about the WildWildWest, in reality the "Cowboys" of the real american west were no more than cattle watchers. There was no Epic Duels or indian hunting. No bounty hunters, or all time famous gangs such as Jesse James. Most Cowboys were exactly as the name suggest, boys that handled and watched over cattle as they were moved from place to place. Most cowboys wernt even White Men, as is the case in 99% of all westerns, over half of the cowboys were Black Men, and even some of other Ethnicity joined in to the melting pot of the WildWildWest. But, if your a fan of the Western movie as am i, expecially a good one, then this is a no brainer to walk down and rent or even buy from the local video shop. You wont be disapointed.

I like that you compared real cowboys and the Hollywood cowboys. It was also cool that you included pictures.
